Are oats only for women?

No. Terrible advice from your friends. Oatmeal is a great food. It helps lower cholesterol, is good fiber and mixed with the right fruit and berries, it’s just plain tasty.
Just get yourself some 5 minute oatmeal, like Quakers and your favorite fruit. I like cherries, but blue berries are good. Raspberries will give it a crunch (from the seeds), but it’s all good.
